Rivers in all their splendour at Abhinava 

                10^th December, 2011 dawned early and bright for the students at Abhinava Vidyalaya as it was the day of their School Exhibition. The programme got off to a flying start with a beautiful dance and song that captured the mood and essence of the theme of the exhibitions –‘Rivers – A boon for life. The Guest of Honour was Professor Vijay Paranjpye, Chairman, Gomukh Environmental Trust for Sustainable Development, Pune, and Chairman, Blue Cross Society of Pune – widely known and acclaimed for his expertise on river basins.

                The dignitaries of Adarsha Shikshan Mandal, namely, Mr. V. N. Chavan, Mr. P. M. Joshirao, Mr. C. S. Latkar and dignitaries of sister institutions were present in full strength to encourage and appreciate the students.

                The exhibition truly presented a holistic and integrated study of rivers, touching upon every nuance and capturing every mood of rivers.
