IME
believes in self-study and hard work and not in spoon-feeding. IME has provided wonderful job opportunities to the deserving
students. It has also assessed the skills and levels of knowledge
acquired by our students who have been selected as management trainees.
The
students possess many different characteristics and join the programmes
with different objectives. There is no typical management student, in
the sense that all of them do not have the same objective for
undergoing the programmes. Accordingly there are no absolute admission
standards. The only requirement is excellent managerial potential and
motivation to complete the course.
It is
with this point of view that Dr. Shejwalkar believes in running our
courses on an autonomous basis with the most relevant and comprehensive
programs framed, in consultation with senior and experienced executives
and consultants in the field. Our programs are not only acceptable to
employers but also provide avenues for becoming entrepreneurs. As many
as 70 students have received jobs abroad and settled there.
