Adarsh Shikshan Mandali has embarked on an animated journey for its students of Aadarsh Vidyalaya for Girls and Sushilabai Veerkar School for Boys. The objective of the specially designed training program in Animation and Electronics is ‘Earn and Learn’, i.e. to empower its students for employable education. Alumni of the school, Sandeep Gaikwad and Sunil Ghule have taken a lead in conducting the training program, both being professionals in their respective fields. ASM has supported the value addition program for the benefit of the students who belong to the economically weaker section of the society. The course is planned in phases from Std. V to X. The program was inaugurated on 29th July, J R D Tata's birth anniversary, by Shri. Prakash Ratnaparkhi, M.D., Electronica-Mechatronics India Pvt Ltd.

Animation course is devised for boy students of Veerkar School to impart skills in 2-D animation. The buzzword in today's employment industry is Animation. The sheer size of the industry, at 950$ million, coupled with dearth of skilled people has opened up new vista for aspiring student community.

Electronics course is designed for girl students of Adarsha Vidyalaya. Students will be given knowledge of basic electronics. It is an application-oriented course. The students will be trained for soldering and PCB design.  Usually in electronic industry, the work is outsourced. If these students get this kind of work, it will be helpful to earn money during vacations.

Thus, Adarsh shikshan mandali and the alumni have taken a lead in imparting training in Animation and Electronics to its students to equip them with necessary skills to fortify their future.
